The photo show the sling having a wide shoulder pad. It DOESN'T! It is just a straight nylon web 1.25" wide strap from one end to the other. I found the "rapid one-hand adjustment" feature cumbersome and of no use to me since I bought this sling for my pump-action waterfowl gun. And even if I was to use it on a rifle the narrow width of the strap would be digging into my shoulder and make for a very uncomfortable day long carry.
