Having a well designed folder with a high vis grippy handle for field dressing works for me. A single tool with both jipper and skinning/dressing blade in decent stainless blade steel that is easily washed out to remove hair and animal material is exactly what I was looking for. This isn't pretty, but it is the functional tool I was looking for.
Pros:
- good value
- Easy to clean
- Grippy high vis handle
- combo skinning blade plus zipper
- dishwasher safe :)
Cons:
- It isn't pretty
- It really isn't pretty at all
Best Used for:
- hunting
