Thread size wrong - not as advertised - Outers Rod Adaptors

Product is advertised and labeled as a 8-32 x 10-32 adapter, but is in fact an 8-32 by 5/16 adapter. It will not accept 10-32 threaded cleaning accessories. I bought it to attach muzzleloader cleaning accessories to a rifle cleaning rod but is made to attach the larger 5/16 size shotgun cleaning accessories to smaller diameter cleaning rods.
