Buyer beware, item is falsely advertised - Pachmayr Thompson/Center Contender Gun Grips

I searched for the best price, for the grip and forend, finding the best price to be at Optics Planet. I read John1962's review, and since I had previously purchased from Optics Planet, and had good service, I expected his case was an anomaly, and ordered with confidence. I paid for it, and immediately was emailed an invoice, that clearly states "Pachmayr Thompson/Center Contender Grip and Forend". WHen the package finally arrived, there was a grip, but no forend. It had arrived on a Friday, so I emailed them over the weekend, and finally got a reply on Tuesday, from Mike C. in customer service. I return emailed him, but then thought it might be better to just call. So, I did. The call went from poor to bad to worse, rather quickly. Apparently the customer service agents have no customer service skills, and were unwilling to "make it right", by sending the forend. So, now I await a return label, so that I can return it for refund, and purchase it for a little bit more money at MidwayUSA, who has GREAT customer service. I wish I had just gone to them in the first place. Optics Planet just lost a customer, due to false advertising and non-existent customer service.
Goodbye, I'll never darken your doorstep, again, (at least as a customer) so to speak.
