Broke after one shot!! - PARD Optics TS36-LRF 2.8x45mm Thermal Imaging Rifle Scope

Got the scope (mind you it was two weeks after ordering the scope that I actually received it), mounted the scope on a .22lr, took one shot and the screen turned grey immediately! I could still see the information on the screen, just no image. Called PARD (their "AI" amswering service is absolutely HORRIBLE, you dont get to talk to an actual customer service rep when you call no matter what button you press), left a message. Got a call two days later...they said it has to do with being a defective unit and to return it or wait 2-3 weeks for repairs...NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING TIMES! I returned it and have never looked back. Won't buy another PARD (China) product again!
