Serves excellent double-duty for me, as both ipad case, and sometimes as a ccw method (for places like the beach or gym). Very impact-resistant and watertight. It is not oversized, and is discreet, which makes me like it even more.
Pros: rock-solid, gasket works, easy to use, keeps your gear safe, protects your 'valuables'
Cons: carry-strap is ok, but an attached handle would be nice
