I have this light attached to my headset for night flying. The red and green filters made the light too dim, but after I applied a bit of amber glass paint to the clear lens, I now have a fantastic light.
I would highly recommend this light (and in fact have recommended it) to any pilot looking for a headset light. Just remember, you may need to use some amber glass paint to get a more usable light color.
Pros: Easy to use. Good light.
Cons: Filters didn't work for me. Too dim.
