Super sabre 2000 lashlight - Pelican Super SabreLite 2000 3C Xenon Waterproof Flashlight

My wife and I sailed our boat from San Francisco to New Zealand which was a 6 year voyage for us. We had 2 maglights aboard which never made it down to the tip of Baja before they gave up. The pelicans have never given us ANY trouble and always work. Because there is no on/off switch,, they eliminate the biggest flashlight problem. When finished using the light, you must be certain you have turned the flashlight head a bit over what is necessary to shut the light off as it can remain on if bumped and discharge the batteries but this is very easy and a small price to pay for a light that will not fail you.
Pros: Extreme reliability, waterproof, bright
Cons: must verify light is off to prevent accidental battery discharge
