Arrived defective with clear lack of qc - PELTOR 3M PELTOR ComTac V Hearing Foldable Headset, Dual Lead

Arrived in the mail with 1 side of the Headset completely non functional producing only static and the other hardly picking up any ambient noise. for almost $900 after tax i imagined someone would QC these products or at least make sure they go in some plastic to protect from rain at delivery or with the downleads untangled. will see how CS resolves.
