Sent my Penn Reels for maintenance 8 months ago. Dozens on attempted calls and emails unanswered. Prepaid, told they would just ship new ones. Yesterday got some parts from the old ones. Feel like they stole my reels. The biggest CF I have ever experienced. Hope you don't ever need service.
