Side by side comparison with European brands, the Pentax held there own and yes they were cheaper but price was not a discerning factor. I liked the color and resolution. At times in varied viewing situation's I prefered the Pentax to Swarovski SLC.
Pros: Great Glass for the money
Cons: Rain guard same as the DCF SP's
