Comes with mounting adapter and hardware, it’s really slim internally. It won’t fit fat linear compensators, the cans that screw onto a muzzle brake. It looks awesome and it’s super light. Great for mounting forward grips on AR-pistol. Fairly easy to install, you just gotta match up the mounting holes,but there are plenty of mounting holes. No extra hardware and no tools so be cautious when installing. Great product, I would buy again!
