Salvador's Review of Phoenix Technology Inert Training Ammo
I wouldn't recommend this product if you're planning if you plan on shooting your gun and mixing this in there. my extractor pin on the Glock 43 burnt the edge while I was trying these out. I had to use a screwdriver to pop it out. I would suggest making the bottom part where the extractor pulls, that into metal so there's no chance of it melting.

- No noise
Cons:
- extractor pin will melt the training ammo
