Its been a month since my purchase incomplete item - Plano 1133 Manta Cross Bow Case

the item is just a shell with no hardware,an its been almost a month,i keep getting the run around from optics.i paid alot for shipping an i cant even use the item ,cause of no padding an straps nothing inside,
Pros: very bad .seller doesnt respond .
