size is perfect for long optics such as spotting scopes, long range rifle scopes, ect... for the money they should have done a better job fastening the latches, but when the time comes it wouldn't a big issue to refasten them properly. Would have given it a 5 otherwise.
Pros: size and durability
Cons: latch fasteners/rivets
