The Raptor, Gunfighter and competing models from Geissele, Strike Industries, and Aero are all good charging handles, but after years of shooting and trying the entirety of the aforementioned, I'm sold on the POF Tomahawk--with which I've retrofitted all but two of my AR-pattern rifles.
