I have this mounted on my M&P 15 5.56 AR using a pressure switch on my forward hand peg. The mount is extremely high quality that comes with it and mounting was a breeze. You are able to active the light using the pressure switch which will use the last setting you used last on the light. Basically, low, medium, high and strobe. I have it on strobe and the affect is mind blowing. This setting alone, should the situation warrant it would but you a second or more in simply stunning a would-be assailant.
