Prada 61ms sunglasses gunmetal frame/polarized - Prada Sunglasses PR61MS

I want to share my online purchasing experience at OpticsPlanet. I first came across the Prada 61MS Polarized sunglasses with Gunmetal frame at one of the premiere malls in Dallas, TX. I really liked the quality of the workmanship (style, materials, fit) of the sunglasses - hand made in Italy. But i balked at the price as there was no discount. With tax the sunglasses were around $360.

I then researched online and found OpticsPlanet to have the most professional looking website with a fairly large selection of sunglasses. I then read their return policy and felt confident purchasing online from them.

To my surprise, they have exceeded all my online purchasing experience expectations: Within minutes of entering my order online, I received an email with confirmation of my purchase and a reference number and contact number in case i had any questions regarding my purchase. That first email was automatically followed by a second email which provided me with a tracking number of the shipment to assure me that the sunglasses were on their way.

Upon receipt of the sunglasses, less than a week from the time i placed the order, I carefully inspected them and found them in exactly the same quality and condition NEW as the one's I had tried at the mall. The item came in a nice Prada Box with a Certificate of Authenticity and a nice Prada case.

A couple weeks after I received the sunglasses, I emailed OpticsPlanet to find out if I could exchange the sunglasses since they seemed a little loose on my head especially when I looked down at my feet - and was afraid they would fall off.

Within 24 hours of my email, I received a prompt response from customer service giving me the option to return the item for full refund no questions asked. That is amazing. Even though i was not looking for a return. Just knowing that this company believes in total customer satisfaction should allay any misaprehensions that customers have of purchasing online from OpticsPlanet.
