I like the idea... sizing for .750 barrel makes no sense - Precision Armament AccuWasher Gen2 Shim Kit

I went to the Precision Armament website, which doesn't ever provide the model number of the packet you're buying. You need that M/N if you're going to buy from here. Via internet searching, I found that the AW625 is supposed to be appropriate for my .750 muzzle barrel with 1/2-28" threads. What I received was a packet of shims appropriate for a 5/8-24 barrel that's about .850" and 3x adapters that bring the shim down to the 1/2" inner diameter. What I wanted was a packet of shims that fit snug to 1/2" threads and match very closely to my .750" barrel. You cannot discern that from Optics Planet's description. Precision Armament website suggests this size for my barrel. I'm not putting shims on my rifle that have a significantly bigger diameter than the barrel shoulder... that looks stupid, they cannot be kept centered if you torque the muzzle device down, etc.

The product descriptions here need to provide the actual outer diameter of the shims. I now have to return these, probably at my expense.
