On an overgassed AR it’s gonna be hard to control the blow by through the CH port. This handle does a great job and I wouldn’t go with any else. Still some does get by but if you’re outside it’s not even a problem. Indoors this handle makes shooting suppressed actually possible.

I bought another as soon as I got home from the Range….. it works as advertised ! I always feel comfortable Ordering from Optics Planet!

These things are a lifesaver when shooting an AR suppressed. Keeps the back draft of smoke coming through the gun from hitting your eyes and ruining a hunt

I've been gathering parts to complete a clone military build, thanks to Optics Planet for making my search easier and affordable for all my mulspec needs.

I like how the charging handle feels and looks. Unfortunately the design of the “gas busting” causes the gases to be redirected to the right side and it will unlock the charging handle and move rewards with the bolt and punch you in the face. I sent it in to PRI and they sent me a new one and I had the same issue. I have an adjustable gas block as well and have the gas tuned correctly, I threw in a MIL Spec charging handle and had no issues with the charging handle starting to reciprocate. I wouldn’t recommend putting this on something you might actually want to use.

Really nice charging handle. I think my buddy will enjoy it since it is a gift, because they have it listed as ar 10 but it is not it is ar a15.

Like I said. You won’t regret it.

Noticable reduction in face gas. Superior production and very durable. Pretty bulky, which I like, but not noticably heavier. Definitely recommend for any DI builds. Paired with a PRI tube and adjustable block, youre good to go �
