Great product, terrible customer service - Premier Body Armor Everyday Armor T-Shirt w/ 2 Level IIIA Panels

I ordered the tee shirt with two ballistic plates as a kit. I received just the shirt. I called Optics Planet Customer Support and was on hold for 35 minutes. I explained the order was picked wrong, because I only received the shirt without the ballistic plates. I told her the box weighed a pound. The shipping weight as the kit would have been more than three pounds. She confirmed the warehouse records the shipping weight and if true, they will send me the plates. Exactly 13 e-mails and 4 phone calls later, it was resolved. Totally unacceptable customer support. They confirmed the light shipping weight and still made me jump through hoops to get it resolved. Look elsewhere for all your sporting needs. Optics Planet Customer Support needs additional training.
