Arrived defective - Primary Arms SLx Advanced 30mm Red Dot Sight

ordered this rd back in Nov. got it in a few days. all seemed good. then I got an email from PA saying the night vision settings were too bright. sure enough,they were. the email said they'd contact me when they got the replacements. two months later I called and was told I should have responded to the email.it didn't state in the email that I had to contact them. they took my name and number and said they'd call me. it's been almost a month and still nothing. funny thing is, they are still selling them. so either they are selling more defective ones or they just make the customers that they've already collected money from wait. either way, if I don't hear back soon, I'll never order from them again(this was my first order btw) and will recommend anyone else not to do so either
