Good optic - Primary Arms SLx Advanced Rotary Knob Microdot Red Dot Sight

This model has the knob and lifetime warranty. It does not have any automatic features like shut off. One 2032 battery should last a few years, even if left on the whole time. No riser mount is included, which is fine for an AK or similar. Knob is kinda hard to turn, but you don’t want it slipping, so not really a negative but just a fact. Battery came pre-installed. Most importantly, the glass is very clear and does not have that blue tint that all the cheap red dots have.
