6/5 stars! - Primary Weapons Systems MK109 MOD1-M 9.75-inch Upper Receiver

Purchased this on backorder. I have been trying for ages, to get my hands on one of these 300 blk uppers to pair with my PWS mk116 .223 Wylde rifle. Optics Planet came through for me where no one else could! It took a couple months, but thats nothing compared to how long I had been trying to find it, and considering they are still out of stock everywhere, it was well worth the wait. Optics planet reached out as soon as I placed the order to explain they could provide and ETA, and to offer alternatives, but since I was looking for this upper specifically I elected to wait. I really couldn’t ask for more Optics Planet. As far as the upper itself goes its I am very satisfied. PWS makes rifles and upper that are easily compared to Sig or HK (the two leading piston AR manufacturers), for half the price of what a Sig or HK would cost. PWS makes high quality parts that are both reliable and innovative. The uppers are super pricey for just an upper but that is because most of the premium you are paying for a PWS rifle or upper, is the proprietary piston system which is obviously an upper component. Still for less than the cost of a Hk MR556 or a Sig MCX, I got a piston AR with both a .223 Wylde and a 300 blk upper. I highly recommend PWS rifles and components, and of course Optics Planet is my ‘go to’ for all my gear, especially those hard to find items.
