Just what the doctor ordered! - Pro Ears All Mag and Slim Models Maintenance Kit

Over time the foam deteriorates and this is the replacement.
I did not need new ear pieces but they were part of the package.
Otherwise I would give it five stars.
The foam pieces are very easy to replace.
