I purchase this one to replace, not really replace, have a variation of the handguard for my AR 15. This is a very quality one with an inside metal heat reflector and easy to install. This one just gives me more rails to add some cool stuff like laser beams, and flashlight, etc... I really like it. Buy one handguard removal install tool will make the switch over very smooth.
