JT's Review of Pro Mag AR10 Lower Receiver Vise Block Kit PM245
I have used this block for a few AR builds now, and it has held up quite well. The most important thing is it can handle the torque for the buffer tube castle nut. I primarily used this block on Aero Precision lowers.
