Archangel 556ex full disassembly required for cleaning - ProMag Archangel 556 Conversion Stock, Ruger 10/22, Extended Monolithic Rail Forend

Shiped in 2 pieces with all hardware, has the feel of carbon fiber plastic. Trigger and barrel assembly went right in to stock end with a little finesse. For end was a different story. Very, very tight, with only half the screws lining up. Had to heat, twist and force the two pieces together. After full assembly barrel wasn’t even close to being centered in for grip. Top rail is not flat, not sure how this will effect sighting in. I like the look but don’t think I would recommend. To be able to clean, you must disassemble the entire stock assembly including unmounting optic to get to the 4 screws that secure rail to receiver. I stripped one screw trying to get lined up. Not sure what’s going to happen with repeated disassembly and reassembly. All said and done, has that cool tactical look, single 10 round mags seem to stick, longer ones work fine with a little pull. Barrel needs flash hider to finish off the look. Stock has to be pinned per state requirement. Optics planet has a 30 day return policy , hope fully get it sighted in and see if it holds. Will update review if any problems with stock or Optics Planet arise.
