Purchased this for my Stevens model 200 in 300 Win Mag. Gun is actually enjoyable to shoot now, minus the price of ammo. Its at least twice the weight of the factory stock which helps tremendously with the recoil. I did have to do some trimming for the bolt release since I have an older model with the top bolt release, 5 - 10 minute fix and it was good to go. Looks pretty good too.
Pros:
- Looks great
- Sturdy
- Inexpensive but well built
Cons:
- minor fitting required (depending on your bolt release style)
Best Used for:
- making your 300 win mag not suck to shoot
