Great pants at a great price - Propper ACU Trouser, 50/50 NYCO Ripstop

I was looking for multicam pants for winter/summer, and all research for my needs led to the Proper 50/50 Nyco ripstop. I am 150lbs, and usually wear 31"-32" wide pants. I ordered both small, and medium, and found the medium to be too big, and the small to be perfect (still has extra width for lunch and dinner). I also found the long to be a better fit for my height (5'11") as I like to tie the pants over my show and let it fold over it. your miles may vary.

pants fit great and are very comfortable albeit a bit more noisy during movement than pure cotton, but not too bad and it does come with added functionality.
Pros: fit, comfort, functionality, leg ties
Cons: noise, sizing finicky in between sizes
