Great packaging, received item and it was as advertised. Great quality, perfect size to fit over pants and boots. You will have to purchase a size or two higher than you would normally wear, for it to easily cover your pants without hindering access to items in your pockets. Very good stitching, and easy access to front pants pockets with the large pockets on the front. Outer velcro at the bottom of the pants covers your boots and has a good seal to keep the water off of you.
