Great fit, great product!

by MattMan, from KY, United States Written on February 20, 2016
Love the fit and quality of Propper! Pros: Fit... I'm 6'4", 180 and the Medium/Long fits well with adequate length. Quality of stitching. Pockets where needed. Price was great w/15% discount. Cons: Have not washed yet, but material is a bit stiff. Thats good though, 'stiff' usually means good thick quality. Great experience with Propper and Optics Planet!!!

  • hunting/tactical/operators

Propper Multic am Trouser, 65/35 Poly Cotton Battle Rip

by Milsimer, Verified Owner from DC, United States Written on October 28, 2015
These are nice pants but are a bit bulky on slimmer people. I am about 5' 8'' and 115 pounds. The length is fine because I took them into my boots and the waist is also fine but the girth of each pant leg is huge. There is an extra 4 or 5 inches of space around each leg.

Good Value

by AES, from TX, United States Written on August 10, 2015
I purchased these for deer hunting in Central Texas. They fit as expected, in other words, the sizing chart is accurate. The material is tough and the pattern is dyed in well. The only knock I have is they're a little loud. I will buy again.
Pros:
  • value
  • well made
  • tough material
Cons:
  • Noisy

My size guide/features that they lack to tell you in description!

by P, Verified Owner from VA, United States Written on February 25, 2015
Okay first size I am a male who works out often with thick legs. 5'8 175lbs 34 waist, 41 hip(but to front, legs are 25.5 inches around) These pants have so much room in the legs still. I can still get my hands in my waist band and put a holster on. I bought the size Medium I based it off the military scale BDU chart and heard these run big. I guess it would be "big if I couldnt fill it out.

Features. The only velcro pockets on these pants are at the side ankles. The two cargo pockets on the side of the legs are huge, I can fit 3 water bottles 16oz in them. There is even a 3rd button and rubber/rope closure to tighten it.

Took some photos outside with these because I was in debate over this multicam or the "digital woodland" AKA marpat just worded differently. Glad I went with multicam its much better design and lighter pattern.

These are a "BDU" they are heavy, nicely made very happy will be buying the top from propper to match the lower.

I wish optics planet would update their listing so you know what you are getting! I am so glad I bought these.
One last thing, there is "draw strings" on the ankles to hold the pants up for difference in height.
Pros:
  • Large pockets, can put 3 water bottles in them
  • draw strings at the ankles so you can adjust height of user
  • thick, durable, winter use
Cons:
  • heavy made not ideal for summer
Best Used for:
  • Airsoft
  • gun range
  • zombies
  • outside hide n sneak
  • tacticool pants

Sized for Doughnut Eaters

by Tim, from MD, United States Written on November 26, 2014
Ordered my typical size. Way too big. Returned for next smaller size. Waist is correct, seat is way too tight, front of pants has about 1.5 extra inches of material, like if you had a beer belly. These are cut for non athletic couch potatoes with big guts and no glutes.
Pros:
  • Quality
Cons:
  • Fit

Excellent Pants

by Jared, from CO, United States Written on January 25, 2014
Excellent pants for hunting, hiking and shooting. Very convenient pockets and available in all the right colors. My only complaint is the sizing is a little off. I recommend buying the size just above your regular waist and then adjust as necessary. My usual size was a bit too tight in the hips and thighs and the next size up allowed room for long johns and were a bit more comfortable. A belt makes up for the extra room on the waist.
Pros: Durable, quiet.
Cons: Fit is off.

Great Pants for Hunting

by Jared, from CO, United States Written on November 20, 2013
Excellent pants but sizing is not standard with jeans. I wear a 34x34 so I should be solidly in the ML size. I had to order LL which is a bit baggy and a bit too long but the ML was too tight in the waist.
Pros: Quiet, durable and excellent pockets
Cons: Sizing seems a little off
