Excellent support so I feel obligated to express my opinion . My lock was stuck upon delivery . I was referred to the manufacturer from were I purchased this item . I felt uncomfortable with the response at first . Contacting the manufacturer I was shipped a second as a replacement and it looks really well made and feels like heavy wood and solid construction . Very satisfied !!
