This info is to follow up on my previous long review of the Pulsar XQ38. I received my supposedly repaired XQ38 yesterday. The internal battery took a charge for approximately 30 seconds. Now it will not. I am right back from where I started. With FedX shipping I was without my Thermal for exactly 3 weeks. I have just messaged Pulsar, and am currently waiting a reply. The rapid battery discharge was not addressed. With the external battery in use, it discharged in less that 2 hours.

I am a 75 year old retired farmer. I have been shooting ground hogs on my family's Ohio farms since age 12. My cousin and I made our first prairie dog shooting trip to Wyoming in 1976. We have not missed too many yearly trips since. Coyotes came to west central Ohio in the 1970s. For the last 20 plus years we have used road kill deer for coyote bait in the winter months. 4 years ago I bought my first thermal scope. Night hunting has been amazing. I had no idea how many coyotes there were in our neighborhood.
