Great product, poor service - Pulsar Axion XM38 Thermal Monocular

Ordered on 09/26, Received 10/05, Found it was faulty and sent back with a RMA. It was received 10/13. Could not get through to talk to anyone. Message stated that no phone calls would be answered. Sent multiple request online, response time was 2 days. Finally got notice of approval for an exchange on 10/26 but was not shipped for 2 more days. Received replacement 10/31 over a month after my initial purchase date. No phone support, poor online support and extremely slow to respond. Recommend the product but not the service.
