took out after dark with quarter, half or full moon excellent view and resolution 200 yds +. Even with refractive lights from clouds vis was superior. The only con I could fin was in areas of dense brush or grass with IR on you really need get above it to prevent blurred vision from focusing on the closest item grass, branches leaves, etc. Good product. well worth the cost and the addition weight is nominal. Look out feral hogs!
