Puma blackcat 55 - Puma Knives SGB Blackcat 55 Folding Knife, 4.5in Blade

If you're looking for a larger blade (4.5) folding knife for personal carry as I was, The Puma Blackcat 55 is a great knife. Great size & not heavy for a larger knife. It is a very solid assembly (no blade wiggle when opened) & great feel in my hand, with a quick open blade made of German steel not made in China. So far its holding its edge better than the Chinese 440 steel blades of my other knives and I use it often. The handle is a very rugged & virtually indestructible polymer with a reticulated surface for great grip. Looks like machined aluminum. The pocket clip is extremely strong & the blade locking/closure mechanism is solid yet still allows for a one handed operation .
To me a good personal carry knife is a tool and the Puma blade & ruggedness are proving to be a winner in my had.
