Once I located your company's product, I was pleased with the ease of my part of the ordering process. However, when my purchasing agent attempted to submit the order or contact the company, neither the phone number supplied nor the email address were in working order. This issue caused a major delay in submitting the order and it took over a month from initial contact to receipt of product.
