This setup is everything I wanted and more. Running the Cherry Bomb muzzle brake with the Erector 9 on a Quickie mount feels like unlocking a hidden cheat code on the Sig MPX-K.
Mounting is stupid fast. The Quickie system threads on with a half-twist, locks up tight with no wobble, and lets me swap suppressors or remove it in seconds — no shims, no indexing, no guessing. The taper mount does exactly what it’s supposed to: perfect concentricity, no carbon lock, and consistent POI.
As for the Cherry Bomb, it’s lightweight, compact, and delivers great flash and recoil mitigation even when I’m running bare. When paired with the Erector 9, the entire package stays sleek and ridiculously well-balanced — no nose dive like you get with heavier cans.
This combo keeps the MPX-K short, fast, and quiet — exactly what a subgun setup should be.
