Optics planet did there job - Radian Weapons Raptor Ambidextrous Charging Handle for DPMS Gen II

Been waiting for a charge handle for my g2, for awhile. It came unlatched while shooting. Factory worked fine and the one I put the extended latch on worked fine, but not this one.. i have other radian charging handles that work awesome but there always an exception. Emailed radian and after my conversation I'll never do business with them again. I realized that they wouldn't even consider that it could be a faulty latch, the guy said my rifle was out of spec. Works with two other one but he wouldn't have it, wanted to trade it for an ambi safety. Live and learn... Sometimes it just costs you 75.00 dollars to get educated on who wants to stay in business. This is not optic planets fault, poor customer service at radian.What ever happen to listen to the customer and try to help instead of blaming everything else but their products.
