Major flaw - Radian Weapons Raptor LT Ambidextrous Charging Handle

Will not latch closed. I have to manipulate the Handel to make the bolt secure. When operating the firearm it works correctly. Not like any other charging handles I own. This is the only one that won’t latch closed correctly.
