I have large hands being 6'10" and the standard macro grip, while far superior to the standard 365 was still uncomfortable. This backstrap and magwell makes this small edc feel and control like a full framed gun thanks to the pinky groove and aggressive checkering. Machine quality is also absolutely precise. Very good addition. Radian has impressed me again.
