Nonfunctional - Radians Cease Fire Baffle type earplug

Dear OpticsPlanet,
The Radians Baffle Type Earplug that I bought is falsely represented on your webpage as a sound attenuating product. It is not. Only after receiving it did I read on the packaging material that its rating is -6dB! Comparable products give at least -20dB of attenuation; a wad of TP in the ear would do better than -6dB.

I believe that it's a deliberate misrepresentation on the part of OpticsPlanet, since other Radians sound-attenuating products (the ones that actually work) have their NRR values listed on your webpages. The NRR is conspicuously absent from your lengthy product description of the Radians Baffle Type Earplug.

And of course I've lost my time and $1.05 in postage to return the deceptively marketed product to you - in brand-new, unopened condition. I'm sure you'll disregard this complaint, toss it back into stock, and resell it to some other unsuspecting customer. So why did I bother? Because it's the right thing to do.
