Legacy Reviewer's Review of Radians Maximus Hearing Protection
I've used these for several weeks now.
-Quick response to gun shot, then quick return to amplification; can hold a conversation while firing - NICE!
-Radians could improve: The muff sliding adjustment is not smooth and binds a bit; Volume knobs both operate clockwise, not ergonomic - Both moving upwards and forward to increase volume would be better (a lower cost Radians model works this way); Batteries included in pack were corroded.
I would recommend these at the $95 sale price.
Pros: Excellent sound dampening during gunshots
Cons: Sliding muff adjustment is a bit klunky
