No crush washer but otherwise ok - Radical Firearms A2 Flash Hider

Great quality flash hider, perfect threads, nice bluing, but did not include a crush washer! Pictures show a crush washer, even if 'package contents' does not specify one. What good is a flash hider without a crush washer? That would be like ordering a set screw type gas block that does not include the set screws to mount it. Or a gas tube without a roll pin. Correct the pictures, and make it perfectly cleear that flash hider DOES NOT INCLUDE crush washer, or for a few pennies more include one. This slows down my project completion by a couple days while I order a crush washer, (from somewhere else), which with shipping will probably cost more than this flash hider. NOT HAPPY, and cannot recommend this product as-is.
