glitch in service - I ordered the nonprescription versions on eBay by mistake. Called your customer service and ordered the prescription version, and he said he'd cancel the mistaken order. It wasn't canceled - I received both glasses. So I gave the nonprescription ones to my son.

When the prescription version came, the original lenses weren't wrapped. That'd be a good idea for customers who want to use them later.
Pros: Nice product, good price
Cons: glitch in service
