Not that grand - RCBS The Grand 12 Gauge - 89001

The press is heavy and works as described. The instructions including the DVD can be improved. For example, it would be nice to have a picture of what a shell looks like after leaving stations 6, 7 and 8. I sent a note to RCBS asking for this and I never heard from them. Also, when first starting out, what is the best level of powder and shot that will work? Filling it to the to max may not be the best approach if a change of shot and /or powder is desired. Called customer service and put on hold for "the grand guy" - it appears there is one person who handles the Grand questions. After a wait I was supposedly transferred to him but got voice mail. Left a message but it was never returned.
Pros: Easy to set up and adjust
Cons: Instructions are not complete; customer device not that great
