It fell off my work bench, laser now off center. Tried to contact someone at "Real Avid" to see if I could have it recalibrated but have been unable to reach anyone by phone. Customer service is nonexistent. Better to go with "Wheeler" or another established company.

- unable to contact manufacturer
- Not for shop work
