After modification it works - Recover Tactical G7A OWB Active Retention Universal Light-Bearing Holster

At first it got completely stuck, a had to remove the front clip that cover a screw and nut then unscrew it to get it off the adapter. What I ended up doing was shaving down the catch that wasn't letting it release. I shouldn't have to fix something that is brand new it was completely unusable, but now it works well.
