It works for 1911's that have the Recover grip and rail installed, exactly as described. Great product and works as intended. If you have the grip and rail system then get this holster! Since the grip gives you a rail you will need a light bearing holster, this holster will let you carry any accessory without having to have a holster custom made. I can switch between my light and laser without having to buy a new holster.
